Reps. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) and Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) traveled to Istanbul, Turkey to represent the United States at the Int'l Parliamentarians' Conference on the Implementation of the Int'l Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Programme of Action.
