Schakowsky Reintroduces the Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act

Comprehensive reproductive health care, including safe, legal, and accessible abortion, is a human right. My bill, the Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act, will finally repeal the racist, harmful Helms Amendment.
