WASHINGTON, DC Congresswomen Jan Schakowsky and Rosa DeLauro (CT today led 31 Members of the House of Representatives in writing a letter to Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, urging the Administration to address the United States-Russia bilateral trade relationship.

David Cicilline and 192 of their House colleagues in reintroducing the Equality Act, which would provide explicit, permanent protections against discrimination for LGBTQ people in matters of employment, housing, access to public places, federal funding, credit, education and jury service.

Washington D.C.– Today, Congresswomen Jan Schakowsky (IL-9) and Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) sent a letter to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) strongly urging it to take action in response to new revelations that St. Jude Medical knowingly sold defective defibrillators and did little to correct the problem, even after a patient died.
