“Today my colleague Representative Lucille Roybal-Allard introduced H.R. 6, the Dream and Promise Act. As the daughter of immigrants, I am so proud to co-sponsor this important legislation that will provide permanent legal protections, and a path to citizenship, for millions of Dreamers as well as hundreds of thousands of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) holders.
