Res. 100, ratification of the Tentative Agreement, which increases wages and benefits for rail workers, preserves the right-to-strike in the long-term, and ensures American families can access the goods and services they will need this holiday season and throughout the year, and H. Con. Res. 119, which would increase the number of sick days in the tentative agreement from one to seven days:

WASHINGTON- Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) and Congressman Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA) celebrated today's passage of their landmark legislation, H.R. 3630, the Lymphedema Treatment Act, which will ensure Medicare Part B coverage of doctor-prescribed compression garments, the clinically recognized treatment for lymphedema. The bill, which was reintroduced in June 2021, is also co-led by Representatives Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) and Mike Kelly (R-PA).
